27th Apr'08 (Sat): Pulau Ubin tRip! chRistina jOined tis SG Club & e oUting was their 1st get-tOgether... she aSked mi alOng & i bRought Tien wif mi... we met 11am @ Tampines Interchange but 'cOz of my "dily daly" (?!?), we ended up taking cab dOwn... it waS onli den dat we knew we weRe e ONLI GALS (theRe weRe 3 guys @ dat time)... hAa~ we tOok e bus dOwn 2 Changi Village & had our Sugar Cane water while waitinG 4 e otheR members... 1 of e guys suddenly suGgeSted gOin' OCH (Old Changi Hospital)...!!! we den walked over & enteRed - suRpriSingly e gate waS open & no1 guaRded it... (e guys said e old watchman was nOt aRound animOre...?) e place waS old, deseRted & run-dOwn wif lOtsa vandaliSing & scRibblings on e wall... bRoken glaSses weRe fOund eveRywhere on e flOor & we had 2 b caReful nOt e step on 'em s we weRe weaRing slippers... after sOme walking, e guys deCided 2 check out e... mOrtuary...?!? wah! thoSe guys weRe realli adventuRous man... we din manaGed 2 find it in e end & deCided 2 leave e plaCe... we saw a pOlice car e mOment we stepped oUt but lUckily it din stOpped 4 us... we went baCk 2 Changi Village & met up wif anOther guy @ e Ferry Terminal... reached Pulau Ubin & staRted our cycling tRip of e dae~! it waS lOng hRs of cycling & cycling... lUckily e guys weRe quite eXpeRienced 'bOut e rOutes & we din haf much pRob xcept 2 tUrn baCk 2 e jetty twiCe (i tink?) 2 meet up wif e membeRs dat jOined us later... we rOde & rOde & rOde until "our leGs weRe nO longer our leGs" (quoted frOm Tien)... haha! nOnetheleSs, it was a fun & adventuRous outinG... eSp. since eveRy1 was sOo enthusiaStic & hyper! i tink they'll hOld more of such ouTings in futuRe since they weRe enthu & ONz ppl!

19th Apr'08 (Sat): it's a dae hanging out wif my sec sch fRenz! met up wif XiaoPing & BaoQi 4 KTV - K-lunch @ K Box Hougang Plaza... repeated cOUntleSs times of Jay's 'Pu Gong Ying De Yue Ding'... hAa~ it was Jay's 'Cai Hong' e laSt time i sang wif 'em... lOoks like e tRend huh? when i'm sinGing wif bchin, it'll be "Qing Ai De Na Bu Shi Ai Qing'... *lol* aniwae, we met up wif MingRong whu waS waitinG 4 us @ Plaza lvl 1... made ouR way 2 PS (Plaza S'pore)... decided wat 2 dO 4 e afteRnOon & finally decided upOn gOing Mind Cafe (in frOnt of Paradiz Centre) 4 sOme bOardgaming... we had a wild & fun time... played sOme gueSsing games like figuRing out e playeR's mOod (eg. fRustRatiOn, cRazy, sleazy, siCk etc.) & Mind's game like Blonkus etc... when XP wOn consecutiVely 4 2 rOunds, e 3 of us deCided e "gang up" & "Allied" againSt her by blOCking all heR pOssible rOutes! & we almOst went cRazy playing sOme games like teSting our reaCtions s well s reSponsive mOves... we practically laughed thRoughout e whOle seSsion...! *lol* wat a gReat time we had...!

Meet up wif Yimin, Jet'aime & Jingxiang @ Hougang Mall... Had our dinner @ Cafe Cartel - all our Delights... Seafood combo, ribs, Chic & Fish Bites... It was laughters all e time 'cOz our deaR Jet'aime kept telling us 'bOut her camp "adventuRes" (she's a tRainer)... all e weiRd encOunters wif ppl & stuff @ wOrk... haha... Xiang met up wif us sliGhtly later afteR playing baSketball... it's been a lOng time since i met up wif 'em sia, eSp. YM & Jet... we'll still e same - all Gila ppl! all e siaO chaR bOs~ muahaha... hOw i miSs thOse sec sch times! life's alwayS fun wif 'em, eSp paSt-times @ Upper Court... e veri few gals amOng e guys... e viOlent @ tOugh gals...! 5th Apr'08 (Sat): CEVA's D&D nite @ Sheraton Hotel! rebOnded my hair wif tien @ Plaza... ruShed e hairdResser s i gOtta ruShed 4 e D&D... Meeting Pat @ Ivy's place @ 5.45pm... e dinner's frOm 6pm-12am... gt onli haf an hr 4 mi 2 waSh up & pRepare... Rush Rush Rush! Hurried over to Bedok 2 fetch Catherine & tailed Jasmine's car as we weRen't sure how 2 go... it waS 7pm when we reaChed... dRopped our lucky dRaw cOupons & seaRched 4 an empty table... had a haRd time s mOst of e tables didn't haf enuff seats 2 cater 2 e 8 of us - Pat, Von, MengWei, ShiYing, Jasmine, Alfred, Jeslyn & mi... in e end, we had 2 split up into 2 gRoups... n i'm seated bhind e Mgt Board - SP Tan (RVP) & other directors, COO & Ctry Mgr etc... *stRessed* haha... 4get 2 mentiOn, e Theme's "Masquerade Party"! sOme bRought alOng their deSigned maSks while sOme dResSed up 2 fit e theme! it waS gRand! still rem laSt yr's D&D was held @ EXPO (Theme: Wild Wild West)... haha... lOoks like e budget's getting much better tis yr rOund...!

overall, e event's gReat! e MC's enteRtaining & never fails 2 make us laugh thRoughout e nite! we've games & "cOmpetitiOns" (btw e 'Champions' & e 'Boss')... He'll realli make eveRy1 paRticipate! fOr instance, eveRy table will need 2 find 2 ppl 2 hOld each end of a stRing while e reSt will tRy 2 seaRch 4 e items requeSted by him 2 tie onto e stRing... all's well until his laSt item reqUested - a dollar nOte wif seRial no. ending wif "2008"... man! tis is tough... all of us toOk out our wallets & seaRched but 2 no avail... finally 1 table pRoduced a $5 dollar nOte & emeRged s e winner... we admitted defeat willingly... haha... dat was supeRb! theRe weRe other games like seaRching 4 e lady having e sexieSt vOice, a machO guy having e utmOst tOlerance (5 guys cOmpete 2 c whu can tahan e lOngeSt hOlding onto a metal flaSk of water)... & e beSt-dRessed woman/man of e nite whu gOtta went thru' paiRing & danCing... laStly, they haf 2 get thru' e vOting of e "management" (empoweRed persOnnel like e RVP, COO etc...) whu will flaSh their withholding decisiOn caRds of either "HOT" or "NOT"! a gReat 'saying' by e MC; "staff vOtes, Mgt decides" - refleCting e haRsh reality working wOrld... we can all yell our heaRts out 2 suppoRt ani individual but he/she may not b "appRoved" by e bOard... their decisiOn stands... & tis is y my colleagues's mum (e beSt-dRessed lady of e nite in my colleagueS' & my opiniOn) lOst 2 e winner by 1 vOte... wat a pity! $250 caSh...

e event went smOothly & succeSsfully... after it ended @ ard midnite, we went 2 Swiss Hotel 4 sOme hangout... it was my 1st viSit & my "laogOng" wanna bRing mi gO... we stayed @ City Space (70th Storey) till 2++am... tOok sOme fotOs, chatted & admiRed e sceneRy b4 leaving... e view's great! how dOes it feels like having a glasS of cOcktail on e 70th stOrey, overloOking e city aRea...?!? 31th Mar'08 (Mon): It's MY BIRTHDAY!!! my 22nd bdae... old liaOz... haha... toOk leave off 4 my "big dae"... siyan & tien had a bdae suRpriSe in place 4 mi which i anticipated gReatly... 'coz i told 'em i wanna haf fiRewOrks display: "Mei Hui, Happy Birthday!"...!!! + Land, Air & Ocean adventuRes... *lol* they sae it wun b ani pRob! & they insiSted i'll b soOo touched until i'll cRy on dat dae... wun u lOok 4waRd 2 it den?!? hAa~

well... siyan & i went Suntec 1st... gueSs watz my Land & Ocean combinatiOn suRpriSe? Duck-Tour! muahahahaha... we stRolled alOng e stReets b4 e "duck" enteRed into e water... it waS a peaCeful ride - soOo slOw & steady... thOugh we're waRned nOt 2 yawn...! e guide intRoduced e eSplanade, flOating theatre, S'pore Flyer etc... haha... wat e... all weRe fOreigners xcept 4 e 2 S'poreans + 1 M'sian heRe... e guide aSked wheRe we're frOm n tien (Malaysian) actually said "S'pore" & mi (S'porean) "Malaysia" @ e same time.... haha... 2 tink we've "collabOrated" b4hand 2 sae "M'sia"...! e guide went on 2 sae "I've heard that we've a Birthday gal & a Birthday boy on board today!" sweat ran dOwn my spine... i tuRned 2waRds my fRenz... SABO! e caucasian birthdae guy stoOd & eveRy1 was waiting 4 mi... man! in e end, i stood... haha... bO bian sia... all of 'em sang us a birthdae sOng... i felt MALU! *lol* e tRip wasn't veRi wOrth it 4 a tix of $33 per pax... (sorri 2 make SY & TT waSte $$ due 2 my silly 'challenge') but we indeed gained sOme knOwledge out of it... S'pore Flyer is able 2 accOmodate a seating capacity of 784 in tOtal (having 28 cabins each wif 28 pax allOwance)... Esplanade - e 2 "Durians" of s'pore had a total of 700++ spikes... can't rem e exaCt figures... eRmmz... still gt wat... e IR @ marina bay there belongs to Las Vegas - naming Las Vegas Sands or sth... & S'pore's building it's 15th reservOir, it being e s'pore river dOwnwards after IR area & a dam in-place had actually being built... okaez enuff cRap... =p




after our "tOur", we went shOpping @ Marina Sq b4 having our buffet lunch @ Sakae Sushi... had a sumptuOus meal...! ordeRed & ordered & oRdered... sat 4 almOst 2++ hrs b4 finally deciding 2 leave e restaurant 4 sOme shOpping again...



SY & i claimed our Esprit's $50 voucher by buying 2 Esprit Tees... hafway thru', i rec'd a call frOm Precious Thots, aSking mi 2 cOllect my fRee gift... i went *blur* n said i didn't paRticipate in ani luCky dRaw or watsoeva... suddenly i began 2 suSpect e call... after hanging up, TT aSked mi whu's dat calling & aSked mi 2 do dOwn collect... i act blur & said it's nOt necessaRy...! thereafter, i was being "dRagged" or rather, "tOwed" 2 Precious Thots' counter 2 collect my "free gift"... it waS a musical "snOwing" cRystal ball wif 2 figUrines... datz was wat i lOnged 2 haf but cOuldn't bear 2 buy... i was suRpRised 2 tink dat they'd still rem i like cRystal balls...! =)


we cOn't shOpping until 7++ s (which i came 2 kOe later) we'd be sitting on e ferris wheel - The S'pore Flyer... dat was my "Air adventure"... haha... it was a rather lOng walk but all's wOrth when we witneSsed e aStoniShing view on top of e ferris wheel! we felt on tOp of e wOrld... haha... e CBD area & Fullerton Hotel appeaRed stunningly beautifUl... wat a fantaStic sight... we weRe told dat tis is e talleSt ferris wheel in e woRld but it's nOt e laRgest yet... reasOn being it's bUilt on tOp of a 3-stOrey shOpping mall whiCh amOunted 2 its height... nOnetheleSs, it's a pity e wheel isn't able 2 geneRate more colOured lights like Taiwan's... it bRightens e nite sky wif a sOle blue cOlour... i cOuld imagine it geneRating rainbow-like colours while giving off fiReworks spaRkles...! SUI! muahahahahaha... hOw nice if my life gets bRightened up e same way tOo... ... ...
